These are the instructions to Enable Global Media Controls in the Google Chrome Web Browser.
That’s it. Now you can control Play, Pause, Backward, and Forward of any Media Tab from a Single Controller.

[*] The same settings can also be applied on all chromium based web browsers to Enable or Disable the Global Media Controls Button.
[*] How to Hide or remove the Global Media Control? By default, the latest version of Chrome doesn’t show the Global Media Control Button. But if in case, you have enabled it from Chrome Experiments, then again visit Chrome Experiments Page by typing: chrome://flags/ > Search Global Media Controls under search flags box > Click on the Enabled Dropdown and Select Default > Relaunch the Browser.
[*] The Global Media Controller doesn’t Support Forward and Backward on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu. At the moment, the Forward and Backward buttons only work for YouTube.
